As for the cum, some of it stays in, some doesn't. Always use a condom. And if you don't understand all there is about sex, don't do it!

To the young man douche is from the Greek word for shower. It is a rather old fashioned way for keeping the inside parts of the female genitalia clean. It was also used as a somewhat uncomfortable and inefficient contraceptive method. That is why douche bag is a derogatory term now. Most women will never really need to use one, as the vagina is very much a self cleaning organ. You may still see them in stores as old habits hang on. And sometimes a girl just likes to feel cleaner.
As to the cum. Some often falls out right away. Some will stay in a seminal pool near the cervix for several days, waiting for the right time to fertilize the egg. Some times the fluids in sex can irritate the external genitalia and the vagina. So it is wise to wash up after sex. All of the bodily fluids are water soluble so only use a mild soap, or just water.
