Does anyone know any good websites for plus size lingerie that has variety of colors? Red, teal, and black in particular? My husbands bday is coming up and Id like to dress up for him in colors he finds sexy. Look up ReneRofe, or ono Ebay (that is where I buy them, cheap but cute ensembles, I dont mind the fabric as they will get ripped off anyways ;)
Always buy by measurements!! Very important because one designer's L is another's XL! :P
I just got cheap tacky red lingerie as a bday gift form my bf...and I'm a female. Needless to say it was obviously a selfish gift. So I advise you use it as a complimentary gift, I think the idea is great though!

What would you think if he bought himself nice something for your birthday and tried to pass it off as a gift for you?
I don't claim to speak for men and there are a great many who do enjoy this sort of thing, and your husband might be one of them. However, from what I've heard from men and observed, I get the distinct impression that any excitement they get from lacey teddies is the NOT wearing them, if you get my drift.
We get all sorts of questions from women asking us what kind of lingerie they should buy and where they can get it, but I have to say I can't recall any posts from men asking for our advice on how to convince their wives to wear it.
And assuming your's does like fincy underwear, the question is what type HE likes, not what you like. And again, from what I've heard, many men find the vixen look a tad cheesy and cliche. 'Playful' is often preferable to blatantly 'sexy'.
And finally, there is something to be said for anticipation. Surprises are often over rated and blindsiding someone could lead to pressure and disappointment if expectations aren't met. Your husband may want an intimate evening and you can certainly spice it up, but why not include him in the planning? You could turn it into a form of foreplay.

Lanebryant.com is fairly pricey but well msde and I've had some corsets for almost 10 years thst look brand new still. Great quality.
Avenue.com same as lane Bryant great quslity but pricey
Fashion bug.com good a little cheaper quality but pretty
Fredericks of Hollywood I'd s little trashier but pricey and not the highest quality but better selection.
Torrid.com this site is for more your age range. I've gotten lots of sexy clothing but I haven't bought lingerie from them.
Ebay of course has tons but everything I've bought their has been very poor quality but its fairly cheap
I could list 100 more even walmart has some stuff but I'm just listing where I usually shop also all of rhose shops have stores in almost evwry mall in America which is sk much better because the best way to get one that fits is to try stuff on. Bring your hubby and have some fun at the mall.
