As far as im aware this shouldnt happen unless its while your asleep. Theres theories out there to why people get morning glory's one of which is the penis gets errect so that it prevents you opening your bladder but its only a theory

 I can't really answer this question as i have never had this problem, except for in the mornings. I feel this could be quite arkward getting up from you desk at the office when you are dying for a pee.
