Basically, if you do it too much, there's no time to produce any more, resulting in less.
Trust me, I'm a guy and I've had experience of this.
If you do it a lot, then cut down for a while and see if it helps, if not, THEN go and see your doctor like everyone suggests.

 I advise to see your GP also. As flower girl said it could be any number of things and most of them are simple to sort out, so dont worry unduly. But you do need to get this checked out as something doesnt sound quite right.
Dont be embarrased, you can ask to see male GP if that makes it easier, but do go and get it looked at, they are used to it and it will be sorted out quicker than you think!

 I think it would be best for you to visit your doctor and explain the situation to them, as there are many different things it could be, i will not list them as i think because i'm not a doctor i would be unfair , go and see your gp and they can run some tests all of the possibilities are treatable so do not worry yourself too much.
