writes:Hello everyone:)i have the most amazing boyfriend and we have been together for 10 months and our one year anniversary is coming up soon and im at a loss at what to get him. Ive been working on a scrap book of us like all the pics we've taken and movie ticket stubs and little things like that and i was thinking of giving that to him for our one year. Does that sound like a good idea? If you were a guy would you like it? Is it like lame or cheesy? Please give me your opinion. If no then give me suggestions on what to get him. Thanks!!

 I did a scrap book for my boyfriends birthday and because we'd been going out so long he loved it, and it also means that when I'm away or something he gets to look through it and remind himself how much he loves me, haha (:
For our 1year we just went out for a nice meal and to the cinemas afterwards, it was nice to celebrate the occasion and meant we didn't have to stress about presents; it's hard enough buying for birthdays/christmas, nevermind another occasion.
In my opinion I'd suggest doing something like a meal instead, that way you get to remember it and add it to a list of memories, and if you really want to get him something little that he could do with, but I'd just leave it at the meal etc.
Just a suggestion, hope this helps.

reader, anonymous, writes (4 November 2009): I did that for my husband. Kept every recepit, etc and stuck it in a book. Now we have been married for 7 years it is awesome to look back on it. But he didnt get the same kick out of it as you would. Get him a video game. Lol.
