Here in the "West" people's tastes in women come in all shapes and sizes. In fact, I think for the most part, the standards of beauty in China are probably alot more strict than those over here in the West. We're alot more laid back and easy going. Having to live up to a certain standard of beauty is something you only see in certain industry's, but not in every day life. Unless you are in the fashion industry or you are a dancer or involved in a profession of that sort where physical standards are very important and strict, in the regular world people are pretty open to variety.
We like em all.

 Everyone likes something different.
I am not a guy, so I cant speak for them .. but I am pretty sure, that it really doesnt matter what shape your mouth is as long as you have nice and healthy teeth - thats my opinion. Because to me, it doesnt matter how the lips look, it matters how it looks when you open your mouth and see the beautiful white pearls inside!
