I too am wondering about the "dirty" part here. When I heart dirty.. I think dark dirt (like from the ground) and that... should not be anywhere near the vagina... I hope.
If you mean it resembles egg-whites (wet and a little slimy) then that is how the female lubrication mixed with HIS saliva looks like. I doubt it is YOUR hygiene. Is HIS mouth clean when doing it? Does he smoke? Chew tobacco? Does he use a finger to insert inside you? could be he is scratching (not on purpose) and the "dirt" is a little bit of blood?
Just SLAP a towel underneath your bum before going at it. And make SURE you clean yourself AFTER as his mouth has WAY more germs than your anus does!

 I am a bit stumped with the "dirty" . The wet part is normal, it means that you were aroused and secerned a lot of lubrication. But it's not " dirty ".
Unless, if you have some vaginal infection, producing, say, yellowish or whitish or grayish discharge, which also would be thicker than natural lubtication, I suppose it could leave visible, sticky traces.
But in this case the " fault " would be of a pre-existing condition, not of oral sex.

What do you mean by "dirty"? Visibly dirty leaving marks or discolouration? Smelly? Or just wet and a bit slimy?
When women are aroused, they naturally produce vaginal lubrication. Some women will produce more than others and some will produce more when they are extra aroused e.g. they might find that oral sex is more arousing because it provides much more direct stimulation to the right spot.
But leaving behind a wet patch is usual - just wipe it up. It's not dirty and it's nothing to do with hygiene - it's normal. Sex is messy (but fun) business...
