writes:I had my last child thirteen years ago and my breast milk stopped a while after. I was then sterilised. But today my breast had a little clear liquid come out when i was checing for lumps. They are sore too and have become larger. Can you help

 You need to go see a professional to have this checked thoroughly. You will need a mammogram, sonogram, good breast examination and possibly a biopsy.
