Ok the previous poster was wrong in that not all guys dont like or dont know how to give oral. My fiance is only 21 and we have been sexually active since he was 17 and after he learned my body he was great at oral sex.
Every person experiences sex at different times and rates. My brother was 19 and my other brother was 12 and my fiance was 16/17 for all of it. So as you can see it really ranges.

I may agree if someone says my data is incorrect as it really differs from person to person and places to places . Like a girl might have sex at 16 in U.K , but in INDIA, she would have it at 18 or 19.

It's not like you reach a certain age and have to become sexually active. I was 17 the first time I kissed someone, I was 18 the first time I actually had sex (We did everything from fingering, oral, and sex over the course of two months.) It's more about when you find the person you want to be that intimate with.

to be honest there is not right or wrong answer.
everyone starts doing sexual things at different ages. all i can tell you is that most guys my age (23) don't like or know how to give oral sex. so it's a struggle to find one who does like it. as for blowjobs,etc i think most guys do it as soon as they can get it. probably from 15,16.
