A male reader, anonymous, writes (11 July 2010):

PDE5 inhibitors, like Levitra, Cialis and Viagra do not make yo hornier, they inhibit enzymes that constrict blood vessels in the penis. So they create a harder, more responsive penis. I believe they can work in a similar fashion for the clitoris, and that may in turn cause a woman to be more aroused, since I know a harder erection makes my penis more sensitive. But they do not make you hornier. I have taken Levitra becuae I had a bout of stress-induced ED for a short while. It actually made me hard as a rock, but less horny, I would say. And it took forever to cum. Its kinda wierd, because you have this raging erection, but not the throbbing, tickly kind of sensitivity you have from a normal erection. It's kinda like morning wood...hard as a rock, but you don't feel aroused.

No you take it orally like men do, it increases the blood flow to your labia and makes your clitoris erect. Yeah the clitoris erect, it is basically a mini penis.
