 Flirting is what people to with each other when they like each other. For instance, say that I have a crush on a guy named Gerald. Then I'll try to let him know that I like him by FLIRTING. I'll smile at him, maybe touch him playfully, I'll talk to him a lot or giggle... tease him... these are all different ways of flirting.
So next time your girlfriend says, "did I see you flirting with Zach?", that means, "Did I see you putting the moves on Zach?".
It is hard to define flirting... it's a verb... I hope I helped an inkling.

 flirting is basiclly when you show off to get his attention and im 13 i so know how to flirt theres rules to flirting 1 play hard to get it makes the guy go crazy for you 2 dont do it to the same guy millions of times cuz the guy could get anoyed 3 make it noticable that u like him just not to noticable
