A female reader, chigirl Norway +, writes (1 August 2011):

chigirl agony auntI get a feeling that something is building up, and it is quite pleasurable. It can be a slow build up, or sometimes long and wonderful with parts of intense pleasure that nearly tips me over the edge. I become very sensitive to different touches, and when I orgasm I let my body do it's own thing, either sink to the floor or arch my back, depending on the situation. The orgasm cause my vagina to pulsate and it just feels like a small explosion in my body that leaves me helpless and I just have to ride along the wave.

You KNOW when you have an orgasm, because it's unlike any other feeling and it's strong, so you WILL notice it if you have one.

You haven't had an orgasm yet with your boyfriend because he hasn't given you oral sex for a long enough time + does know how to give you oral sex. It's something he will learn through practice. You however need to masturbate on your own, without your boy, and find your way to an orgasm by yourself, before your boyfriend has any chance of getting you there. Either use your fingers, or the shower (pressure from the water on your clitoris) or a vibrator. The clitoris is the most sensitive spot which will get you there the fastest, but the opening around your vagina is also sensitive and could be stimulated at the same time for a better effect.

Google it.

A female reader, person12345 United States +, writes (1 August 2011):

person12345 agony auntIt feels different for everyone. Nearly everyone feels muscle contractions, some people don't feel much at all, some people feel totally overwhelmed. It should feel like there's a release of some kind/release.

The first thing you have to do to have an orgasm with your boyfriend is to have one on your own. If you don't know what you like, you can't expect your boyfriend to. If you are having trouble on your own, there are some really good websites that collected ways that other women do it, which can be good places to get some ideas.
