 If you were pregnant then there would be no signs this early so don't worry about that.
Cramps and the pink spotting (is it a pinky-browny colour?) could be signs of an infection and you should go to your doctors and get that checked out. It could also just be a result of the stimulation you had yesterday :3
In future be more careful when 'dry humping'. :)
