hi before you take anything or do anything consult get therapy and understanding of what it entails 2 change your sex.research over the net all the good and the bad stories.find a board certified doctor-surgeon who will cater for your specific needs,and show you what you need to do.also find out all the legal implications like changing your name and how your id now reflects you as being female making sure you have no restrictions according to the law.do everything above board and after all these procedures that im giving you,just stay true to yourself and you will see that you will enjoy being a true female even more..i hope this helps as well

 Well obviously before you even consider the op you'd have to take female hormones, and to get those you'd have to convince your gp that you actually were meant to be born a girl, and this is not easy, as it is very difficult judging whether someone is or is just going through a phase.
