 You say that you "want" to do that, which probably means that HE wants you to do it. Although probably legal in Great Britain, you are quite young to be performing oral sex on a fellow who will quite possibly just be a passing interest.
However, providing your that current "crush" is healthy and totally free of sexually transmitted diseases, there would be no health issues involved in giving head. You could possibly be psychologically injured, depending upon his intentions and the depth of your relationship. Consider how you might react if he dumps you right-away - after you comply with his request.
Sperm and semen is of no harm if, however, from a healthy man. It is actually quite nourishing, but can taste quite salty and possibly bitter. A fair intake of fruit, fruit juices and sweets might improve flavor. Some things, such as too much beer or alcohol, smoking, asparagus, broccoli, certain sauces and other culinary intake can increase some unpleasantness. A possible exception is teeth -- most guys, at least until they're older and more kinky, don't want your teeth involved in any way, so the recommended thing is to curl your lips over your teeth.
The other thing is to not try to kiss him right afterward. Again, older and kinkier guys don't mind tasting what you've just had to put up with, but teenagers almost certainly can't handle it. You'll have just done something amazing for him -- give him a minute to come back to earth, snuggle into his chest and just give him a minute. If *he* makes the initiative to kiss you, then fine, but don't force a kiss on him. Think of it the other way around -- if he's eaten you out, you might well not be ready to find out what *you* taste like.
One last thing -- if you can't stand the thought of him cumming in your mouth, tell him beforehand. A gentleman will warn you and give you the chance to pull away before you get a mouthful.
