 Learning to speak english properly would be a good start :D.
To be honest about everything right at the start is the best thing. do not lie or bend the truth, you will be appreciated much more for it.
Women hate men who lie, even small lies, a man who lies about himself cannot be trusted. so be truthful and you will find your female friends.
The other thing is, not many women respond to adverts from men for friendship. Maybe you should try the old fashioned way, meet someone at a party, go to a singles bar, join a website that has your interest and just make friends online, eg harry potter fansite :D.
Or even talk to people in the que at the shops. there are so many ways to meet new people, you dont need to advertise.
