writes:OP's own title:My boyfriend is a flirt. I'm okay with that cause I can be too, but he's started flirting alot with this one girl in particular. I don't know if they text each other. He has mentioned her to me a few times. The other day I met up with him and a bunch of friends and she was there. He could have came and sat by me, instead he stayed by her. (It wasn't as shady as it sounds though.) I can tell he's into her from the way he looks at her and the content of some of their conversations. As long as he doesn't do anything inappropriate I don't care, but should I go through his phone to make absolutely sure? (I'm not asking him. I've learned from past experiences that it's pointless.) Or should I do something else completely?

reader, anonymous, writes (29 July 2010): If you think his into another girl, as his girlfriend its your job to care; the most important thing in a relationship is trust an the ability to talk to eachother if you cant even talk to him about it and his into someone else why are you together? Maybe you should consider second thoughts about being together? x

 Why can't you ask him? If you can't communicate with him and you trust him so little that you want to go through his phone... why are you even with him?
