It depends WHERE you guys are meeting up. If it's a casual setting I'd pick my best kick ass jeans and favorite top. If it more formal pick the skirt or dress that makes you feel the most comfortable. If you feel comfortable you will be more confident. He's 15, guys that age like any and all females anyway.

Hi there,
Why not try this! Dress to impress your boyfriend instead. When you impress him trust me you will end up impressing them both most especially if they are tight.
I have heavy flow and Iam not very confident on my period so what i do is pad up properly and to build more confidence doing long meetings I usually go with a black skirt or trousers just to be safe. A lovely short black mini skirt(if you have got really great legs) might be all you will need to boast your confidence! Black goes with any colour so wont be hard to match up.If you feel nervous and want to change just tell them you want to go powder your nose, it works all the time.
All the best for your meeting and remember be yourself that might be all he wants to see.

First, it doesn't sound that you are shallow at all.
Second, there is a thing called unwritten dress code.
Think whether you need to impress your boyfriends brother, because if something goes wrong they both will kick you out.
Competition within Family should be avoided by any means.
Anyway, if he is 15 he may be turned on by fashion girls.
Practical advice: watch girls around your age in that area.

Well sweetheart, let me put it in perspective for you... Your boyfriend's brother doesn't matter... He's a child, ok?... To go out of your way to impress him is a poor use of your energy. My advice is when you meet him, just be yourself... Try to relax (I know it'll be hard given your time of the month), and find something comfortable for you...
Good luck.
