I agree with all of the above. You dont' do anything, except be yourself. Sooner or later (and it may be later) you will knock someone off their feet by just being you. when it happens, it will be great. Just make sure that you keep them. Be yourself.
If short skirts are you, then wear short skirts. If long dresses are you then wear long dresses. Get it?
Stop trying, and learn to just smile. Men find a smiling woman irresistable. Much better than short skirts. Now, if you can do both, then you are going to be a very busy lady.

If you mean a relationship, then it shouldn't be about what clothes you wear or how you look. It just sounds like you want this guy to fancy you. If you could give a bit more info that would help.
