I guess it depends what you mean by ID, but there are ways of getting information about people - but then it can depend on what info you share online.

No one can legally have a relationship with you without your consent. EVER.

If you're scared talk to someone, go to the police, stay offline, something, just don't keep it all in. Stalking is illegal and the police will do something about it.
