 Like basschick said. porn is the entertain us guys use when we don't have someone else there. to fill that hole I guess you could say. If we are depressed we look at porn.
It may have soem advantages. but also with those come many disadvantages.
you might learn a a new position. maby you will see a tip on pleasuring ur woman or any one for that matter and other thing's through watching porn. But the downside is that it is extremely addictive, can really get in the way of a relationship, and also you will begin getting bored with one type and you'll move onto another type of porn and so on. it can definitely numb you to certain morals society or maby you may have.

and if you do it would be wise to moderate yourself.

I personaly don't see anything wrong with it ... its just entertaintment ... funn ... my BF watches it once in a while when we dont see each other for couple of days ... I dont care ... if its not some kind of SICK porn movie .. than its fine (he actually finds new moves on it and than present it to me .. haha) ...
Advantages?
You can definetely learn new moves, positions and such ... but that doesn't mean, that after watching porn you will be the master of SEX ...

 Porn is the entertainment some guys use when they don't have a girlfriend. Most women are a bit put off after they've entered into your life, are having sex with you, and find you are still looking at porn. They feel like it's cheating. The advantages I suppose is, it fills up the emptiness men need when they have no one. The disadvantage is, it can be addictive and can truly get in the way of a healthy relationship. If you don't need it. Don't start it.

 well alot of men find that watching porn either helps them masturbate or just makes the whole experience that more pleasurable. porn is also a gateway into alot of people's fantasies - some that may never materialise. it is completely healthy to have an interest in it, and can give alot of people ideas and tips for spicing up a sex life. also, alot of couples find it a real turn on to watch it together either before or during sex, it can make it more exciting and enjoyable, and can encourage you to let go of your inhibitions. thats all i can think of right now!!!hope this helps, if you need more advice feel free to email me
