I take Sildenafil, with foreplay we go at it for an hour, with intercourse lasting 10 to 15 minutes.

 Billy Jones has been kind enough to create a profile and address his question respectfully. I don't think it is nice to dictate what his priorities should be. Obviously sex has been front and center to Billy and his wife for 40 + years. Why would a birthday change a life time pattern. Sex is important to the Jones'. Mrs Jones' friends would do well to keep up with the Jones'.

It would be tough to find a mistress at his age unless he is a multi millionaire. And that scenario would just complicate things beyond your comprehension. It's hard work having a mistress and a wife. 3 x/week is more than a lot of people, even younger! STOP putting all this pressure on your relationship! And ENJOY what you already HAVE!!

 There is no normal. This is normal for you and her. She has gone through menopause and that can decrease libido and cause soreness. Three times per week is still a good amount; it’s a compromise between what you’d both prefer. I think you should take it day by day, rather than keeping count.

 I dont think there is any «normal» here. People have different drives, and they are in large part due to hormones. As hormone levels change over years, sex drive also changes. But this is so individual! Anything is normal.
