you need CONDOMS for safety.... always...until you are in a committed monogamous relationship and you have both had STD testing...

 Condoms do not provide lubrication. They stop you from catching STD's and prevent pregnancy, but they cant make her lubricated. If you want her to not be dry down there, then spend some more time on foreplay, getting her really turned on and excited. Or buy some lube and use that.
But make sure you ALWAYS use a condom to prevent diseases and pregnancy, and she should be on birth control too so she doesnt get pregnant.

 What did you try? Girls takes a bit of time to become wet. Kiss, touch, squeeze, oral, finger...then maybe she'll be ready. First time will be messy though. Be prepared. It won't be easy.
