 By "he already talks to someone" do you mean he's got someone else who he's seeing? Because it does sound like he likes you, but be wary... you don't want him stringing you along and having two women!! So just be cautious and make sure that you don't let him have his cake and eat it too!

 It could mean he likes you, but it could mean he was bored for 5 hours or it could mean he had a lot of free texts to use up on his monthly tariff. I suggest you try speaking to him face to face as text messages don't tell you a great deal about how a person feels.

 Yes, I think it does. If you told him you liked him and he kept texting instead of cutting himself off from you, I'm pretty sure that means he likes you. Just because he talks to someone doesn't mean he likes them or likes them more than you.
