 It is unknown but if you work at it and discuss how you want to be together and are willing to work through all the troubles you guys face then you will stay together. but you need to have a sit down at some point about what went wrong before and how you can fix it.

 whatever made you split up before - if it is still there or at least if you/him has not learned to deal and accept the problem - you will break up again... so, what you now need to do is do some work to sort the problem out, that newly-just- got-back-together glow is lovely but it won't be enough to see you through the tough times unless you get to the source of the problem that makes you break up - and resolve it
