 I'm sorry to hear about this, I've been there and it's a horrid place to be. The reason he said this was just plainly becoz he's a guy. Unfortunatly they just love to swap round between ladies. But believe me hun, once a player, always a player.

He seems a cowardly school boy who will lie because he's simply changed his mind.
A man will tell you the truth to your face, not in such an immature fashion as this one did.
You can do SO much better, and when you find that right guy, you'll wonder what you were doing with the likes of this one. The girl he's with will no doubt get what you got, possibly worse, simply because he wants to change between women.
Move on hun. Find a REAL man. xx

 Sorry Sweetie, he was a coward. It wasnt that he wanted to be on his own. He just didnt want to be with you. This probably has nothing to do with you or how wonderful you are. Sounds to me like you dodged a bullet.
