A female United States age 30-35, *Mnieves writes:

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 4 years now.

We moved in together a year ago, and I absolutely feel married! Sex drive is gone, brushing my teeth at 6am before he wakes up, terrfied to let him see me without make up..etc all of that gone!! We are completely comfortable...which is a good thing, but at this point...its not so great. We aren't even married yet, and I feel like we are passed the honey moon stage...and I really want to go back! Today he mentioned "why don't we make out anymore?" which...we haven't in a very long time (maybe 2 years...), i'm just not into that anymore. I could have sex 5 times a day..and now i don't care if i dont get any for 2 weeks! How do I go back to the puppylove? We tried going out every monday as a "date", ive done the lingre thing...i don't know...im just not into it anymore. I love him, and i want to be with him....that is why i need to fix this!

A female reader, VelvetUnderground United Kingdom +, writes (5 August 2011):

Firsty well done 4 years is a long time and that great but you seem to be in a rut. Tell him you need to have an open heart to heart, it great that your comfortable but you need some passion and some desire for each other.

You probably would like this but i would suggest a SHORT break then when you next see each other again do something passionate and romantic, just try and resurrect the feel that you felt before

If it that doesnt work then maybe you need a longer break

Really hope everything gets sorted out! I would love to know how it goes
