Help

I am from the Uk and moved to a another country when my girlfriend got a great job offer. eventualy I got a job too and we moved intogether. We work strange shifts at the same place. These are mt problems. She insisted that I am lazy and messy, (I dont clean the oven out after each use or might put a cup on the wrong shelf)I dont plan for the future (she gets in a mood if i have not thought of exciting things todo every day we have off together but does not do the same) Then things got worse, she insisted that I should not go out without her, that I could not do new challenges at work without involving her, and so she moved out, after i went out with a mate for a drink after work and her smacking me about a bit for it. I said i need time to think what i am doing about it all and during this time went out for another drink after work. She heard about this and ended it but now miss her an wonder if I am in the wrong and some girls just need control. What should I do? I cant get over her and she is Very poular with the guys, I feel if i dont move now i will loose her forever??

CRS698 agony auntHi there, It really seems like she is controlling you.

Everything you describe sounds like her trying to control your life and stop you from being yourself. If she's finished it, you should move on and break away to create your own life without her. That will seem almost impossible, but only because you've become used to her being so much in control of you. You WILL get over it in time.

I hope it works out for you.
