writes:was going out with my bf for a year. we broke up and i never made a secret of how i wanted to get back together. last weekend he said he felt the same and would like to get together soon, my prob is im a worrier really badly and haven't heard from him since a text yesterday morning. im now panicing as all yesterday i really wanted to talk to him bout this and his phone was off. i dont know why I worry?

 Relax, it maybe his batterie, no credit etc.
I am like you and I too worry, it is an insecurity issue that for 30 years I have been battling with, you need to look on the brighter side, he would not have said it if he did not mean it.
Does he have e-mail and if so send him one saying hi and how happy he has made you now he says you can get back together and when will your first date be!!

 You only heard from him yesterday morning, he could genuinly be busy, or have something on.
Send him one more text then leave the ball is his court, what ever you do don't bombard him with calls and texts as this will put him off. Send him one more text, or leave a message on his voicemail then wait for him to get back to you.

 Hi,
Of course you will worry, its normal. Its a huge step getting back together after a split.
You dont say why you broke up in the first place, so its hard to say if you have anything to worry about. If I were you I would send him a text message and ask to meet up so you can talk. Or is it possible he has lost his phone and then cancelled it so thats why you can get no answer.
If thats the case call him at home, and ask why he has not contacted you, in a nice way of course.
Dont hound him, but you do need to know where you stand dont you?.
