Anti-Persperant Deoderants.

Roll on, gels, aerosols, the sky's the limit. All you need to do is experiment with the various brands and ranges and strengths until you find one that suits your needs.

the best thing to do is to go and see a doctor, about both problems. the first one might be nothing to worry about but you could be lacking minerals in your blood, a simple blood test should show this. with the sweating, i saw this problem on embarrasing bodies once, they have something like accupuncture (i think this is needles poked into the skin) done under their armpits. they said it didnt hurt and proved to be really effective. only you know how bad your problems are but maybe it will make you feel less self consious? im not a doctor or anything medical so dont take my word for anything, just go and see someone local, they will help you find out the cause of your problems :)

I am not sure on the shaky hands thing, but I personally would recommend for every female, with naturally overproductive sweat glands or completely the opposite, to use the "clinical protection" antiperspirants they have on the market now. It is embarrassing to own, but makes you feel non- Ick, and you can always remove the label (the packaging usually has nice organic lines and looks nice in the cabinet)...

Some are against the aluminium content and see it as unnatural, but plain old deodorant would the sweating problem you confide in your post. :)

I just saw your question pop out at me because I expereinced the symptoms you describe for many years. The shaky hands problem turned out to be a thyroid disorder (graves disease in my case) - which was an overactive thyroid. Have your blood checked. Do you also need to eat a lot but without putting weight on and are naturally slim?

The sweating was also part of the problem and is also becuase of the same reason - the metabolism working much too fast and so energy being burnt at a fast rate causing sweating and thyroid disorder causes heat intolerance.

It may be that you have something else but I just thought I should let you know my story, just in case this is what you have too.

It's best to find out and then you can decide on which form of treatment you prefer. Conventional or alternative.

Good luck!
