 The red dots can be from u not washing properly causing bumps in the area, so when u shaved u hit the tips causing the dots. u could be allergic to the shaving cream or gel u used..if u use gel or cream, try aveno sensetive skin ones. also if u shave with just water, it hurts and its then taking a knife to drying skin cuting, so when the hair grows it hurts..
