Now I want to make up for my error with her and start over but the problem is that I don't know how since that I had my chance and I blew it. And now I feel like its to late for me to go back and make my move on her, since it's something that I don't do often which it has let me to be stuck with being a virgin and not knowing how it's like to have a girlfriend and being in a relationship, anyway, should is it too late to make my move on her or is there still a chance? and how do I do it right this time?

I don't think that you being a virgin is a problem and as for you think it is too late then you should know that as long as you live there is no such a thing called too late...g to her and open up...say every thing and wait for her answer if yes then yes if no then try again and never give up...
