writes:so i know this guy and sometimes we flirt over text. about three weeks ago i texted him (he only replies when i ask him a question such as: are you going anywhere cool this summer?) he doesn't really ever reply when i just say "hey". so anyway three weeks ago we were texting for the whole weekend and he was telling me that i was turning him on and he told me that he has this thing with his ex girlfriend but likes talking to me and doesn't want me to think hes a perv. and he said he doesn't think we should flirt much.then on sunday night he texted me but we couldn't find anything to talk about so he stopped replying to me. then on thursday of that week i texted him and he didn't/hasn't replied back to me yet. all i said was hey. now i dont understand what hes doing. when we texted he said how he liked talking to me and that he thought i was hot and we've liked each other before. now im just so confused. whats he doing with not texting me back?

Just bear in mind that texting is no substitute for face to face communication. You learn more about someone in half an hour of direct interaction than a month of texts.
Honestly, from what you've said, it doesn't sound like he's very into you. But like I said, try hanging out in person and doing something fun. That's when you'll get to know each other and see if there's any real chemistry.
