as you are still younger then that it will give youu time to think about if you realy want it.
dont forget a tattoo is there for life & wont wash off.
check out the shop you'r thinking of getting it done in.make sure its clean & steril.check out the work on photos they have or people that come in the shop to get them done.
be absolutely certain you want to get one done then go for it.

If you do get a tattoo in the future PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do a thorough research on them, because you can get Hepititas B and C or HIV. Make sure these people who do such practises have a scrupulously clean premises, use new uncontaminated needles and are legally registered.
To me they are ugly and tacky, but each to their own.

18 in the UK. The relevant legislation is the "Tattooing of Minors Act 1969". Doing a tattoo on anyone younger is a criminal offence, regardless of parental consent.
