writes:okay well my problem is as followsIm 17 and theres this girl 14 going on 15. i used to know her very well and we went away on tour together, i was, lets say madly in love with her but nobody knew as they all thought i was just playing with her as a friend/big brother.After the tour though, left the band and havent really seen her since (we both swim so i see her at a few comps) but i still think about her everyday.knowing it wouldnt work, and she prob didnt think the same way about me, iv tried to move on.i now have a gf who i love lots, but still she not the same as the other girl, and doesnt make me feel exactly the same. As the other girl was a bit younger i guess she assumed she could get away with more, and so would always snuggle up to me.now a year on iv found out she still likes me and supposidly madly in love with me. Im not sure what to do though, as i would give anything to be with her, but i now have a gf who as initaly my best mate before hand and i wouldnt want to hurt her by breaking up. Also i would look like such a twat breaking up with her for another girl who i havent really seen in about a year.any advice pls ? its badly needed !

Well this is my theory, its not fair to your GF if you thinking of another girl, in a way its cheating and you don't seem the one to cheat otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question!
Like you said you would give anything to be with this other girl, so if you feel so deeply about her, don't let the chance go by again!
Your GF is young and she will believe it or not get over it! Maybe to make it easier, don't start dating the other girl straight afterward, wait a bit get to know each other and get your current GF to be ok first!
There is nothing wrong for wanting to be with the person you truely want to be with!
Let her find the man that will love her and want her the way you want this other girl!
