Drag the boyfriend of yours to the doctor with you, have a test done and make sure he's there when you get the results. Make sure the doctor explains it all to him.

 Well, get some peace of mind and take yourself to the doctor. They can tell you for sure if you're pregnant or not. Your period can be affected by lots of things, be it stress, a new sleep schedule, new diet, working out, anything really. So your period may just be off.
Go to the doctor and get it checked out for serious. Then you and your husband can sleep again at night! :o)

reader, anonymous, writes (1 October 2009): you need to visit your GP and get a blood test taken, this will confirm if you are or not.
And just because you have all the symptoms does not make you pregnant. I get pretty much all the symptoms of pregnancy every month because my period is really strange.
