My boyfriend has this problem - he has managed to stretch his tight foreskin to help using a product called Novoglan. However, the skin is still not right and our relationship is suffering - we haven't had a proper sex life for 18 months now. He was told circumcision was the only option but he is worried about going down that route. You might want to look up phimosis or balanitis. Best thing though is to go to your GP and get referred to a skin specialist to rule out any other conditions. Please do not be ashamed as it happens to a lot of men apparently.
