I have had 2 children, the 1st I fed for 10mths, the 2nd for 16mths.
to be honest i dont think my breast/nipples are any more sensitive now than they were before I had my children.
I think if anything men find that nibbling their partners nipples after breastfeeding is more of a turn on than it was prior to pregnancy.
