writes:I really like this guy in school. We used to talk at the beginning of the year online and he would say hi to me in the hallways. But now, he never comes online and just ignores me in school. But, everytime I look at him he is looking at me. I'm getting mixed feelings from him. Sometimes he'll show good signs and other times there's nothing. What should I do? Well I think I see the problem, if you guys have never talked in school. He thinks you're avoiding him in school since you only talk to him online. Although, I'm no mind reader..and really the best way to go about being his friend is to start talking to him in school. Good luck, dear!

 Dear writer,
I don't know if I will give you a good advice but i will just tell you from my experience. So here it is:
I've liked this guy since 10th grade. (i'm a freshman in college now) and for 2 years I've been trying him to notice me. We would always talk online but RARELY face to face.. and well, i ALWAYS get mixed signals from him. we would talk for a long time and for no reason just stop. sometimes i can tell that he likes me but when I like him back, he just ignores me. I kind of got fed up with it and I just moved on, somewhat. but i still talked to him every now and then whenever he tries to talk to me. I don't initiate the conversation anymore. long story short, he asked me to prom and on prom night he asked me to be his gf.
you know, my advice for you is just to keep talking to him. Maybe the reason why he's ignoring you at school is that he is scared talking to you face to face. I don't know how to stop this awkwardness between you two but just talk to him and if you really like the guy, don't give up!
