writes: I have my periods every month. My fiance and i are trying for a baby, but i don't fall preg. I'm starting to think that maybe i have a problem coz he has a child from previous relationship. Doesn't having your periods regularly guarantees that you are able have children?

 If your cycle is four weeks, make sure you have sex from the first day after your period finishes for at least 10 days. Every day, at least once. That should cover it. Then you can rest for the remaining 2 weeks!
