A female United States age 26-29, anonymous writes:

So, my bestfriends brother has been flirting with me. I mean... He's with a new girl all the time. And today I started texting him; cuz, hey, hes cute ;) but anyways, He asked who I was going out with. I said 'nobody' and told him I was fixin to go to dance and that I couldnt text anymore for then. So when I got out of dance, I texted him and told him that I was sorry I couldnt text him earlier, because it was like 10:00 at night. then he started saying things like "It's okay sweetie(:" and then he told me that he was thinking about me right now, and that he wanted me to send him a picture of myself.

I mean, He is realllyyy cute, and I thought I liked him... But now I'm having second thoughts. I'm DEF not gonna send any pictures, but it just sounds wierd coming from him. It makes me nervous, and my stomach twist. Does anyone have any advise? Should I talk to his sister about it?

Thank you everybody! :) I'll talk to his sister about it! You don't know how thankful I am. Just knowing that people out there care about some of my problems makes me feel kinda better! there aren't enough words to say how thankful I am!

Thank you!! :D

Fatherly Advice agony auntAt your age, yes talk to his sister first. This kind of thing can wreck a good friendship. Your best friend should know if you are flirting with her brother.

I do agree that he looks like a player. You are nervous because you are thinking of getting in over your head. Don't give him more than you can trust him with.

Um I don't know your specific age, or your friends brothers age, but it sounds to me like he is in that stage that boys go through that he wants to explore every girl he possibly can.

Don't send pictures. If it makes you uncomfortable, don't do it.

Definetly talk to his sister about it. I hope this helps.
