i think i'm falling in love with a friend. we live hundreds of miles from each other but it would be perfectly plausible to meet up every couple of weeks and we speak daily for hours do you reacon it would be plausible to hold down a relationship? if so how would i ask him, i know it sounds stupid but i've never asked a guy out before, thanks

Yes i think it would be more than plausible to hold a relationship down. People have done it for a long time, probably before the internet became a viable way of contact!!

Bottom line is, love is love, if you feel that this man is the genuine article and you feel a connection, then literally anything is possible. Just make sure that you are very careful.

I'm a guy and for a girl to make the first move is, not only romantic but a miracle really! You have to ask yourself if you think he feels the same way, if you dont know then just ask him. But most men usually make it

obvious.

i would save this until you meet - arrange it, then go on a date thing.

just say something like "hi do you fancy a coffe/drink/going out to cinema when i am in town"....then see where it goes, just flirt a little.

and yes some ldrs work - but you need an end point to work to...e.g. finally we live in the same place...
