A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I think I'm falling for a work colleague whose quite a bit older but I dont know if I am. When we were genrally talking he said he had a baby but never mentioned if he was still with the mother. We get on really well and we always have a laugh and have been talking every day and are really good mates howvever lately hes been flirting alot and saying how stunning he thinks i am etc and I think I'm falling for him but he has a baby, is like 10years older than me and dont know if hes still married.I love talking to him and thats all we are doing is talking but he is starting to flit and its just a bit of banter at the moment but occassionaly he takes it further but we havent done anything and I never would if he was still in relationship but dont know whether he is or not.Theres rumours he is not but I dont know. He told me he loves talking to me and always tells me I'm pretty etc and make him laugh. I love talking to him too, am i falling for him or is it that I just like talking to him and its hamless flirtng from him? Could it be I'm scared if being hurt like I have been badly in past and think I like him because if hes married hes unavailable? Should I stop talking to him but I dont want to becuase we have so much in common and have so much banter and laughs and obviously we work together so would be difficult?
