writes: Sooooo this is sort of awkward for me so bear with me on this one. I'm changing minor details, just in case. But the problem is still unchanged. I'm 17, my step-cousin [sc] is also. My older cousin married his mother about a few months ago. Even though they dated for about 5 years, I knew my sc for about going on three now. We didn't talk much when we first met, but in the last year and a half we became EXTREMELY close. We're best friends now. Before, I wasn't too fond of him and he told me that he wasn't too fond of me either. But now as I've gotten to know him, I'm in love with this dude. We have so much in common yet he's like the total opposite of me. Yet it works....so greatly. I began liking him during the beginning of about February, march of 2010. When I first realized it, I was so freaked out. As the months have progressed, my feelings have gotten deeper as have we gotten closer. He has absolutely no clue. I blame this to just being a male. Most of them do not know how to take hints. But back to what I was saying, I love everything about him now. I'm there for him through whatever and he is for me ,too. Even though he has never fully expressed him liking me, or has never shown constant signs- there are the times when I do question whether he does or not. As they say, actions speak louder than words. When its just him and I mainly, he begins his touching escapade as I call it. Never in inappropriate places, however. He would start with my legs, because he loves them (and he has expressed this multiple times). Just a tap here and there and then he would rub them and etc. Then he would work his way up to my arms and rub them. And then this is where he starts to get more playful. He would start teasing my arms with his lips, kissing (pecking) them until he reaches my neck. That really does me in (lol). At this point we're laughing and I'm telling him to stop, even though he doesn't of course. And he keeps going. Nibbling on my ears, kissing my neck and the beginning of my shoulders-this is where I stop laughing and usually turn to look at him. He sometimes has the wildest look in his eyes. You know how a person can just look idk different. This is usually when something happens and we just go back to being "regular" again. I'm always scared to do something back in return for him when he gets like that. By the way this ALWAYS happens only at night. Sometimes when we're alone at the park or something. But what does this mean? He doesn't have a girlfriend and neither am I dating. He's still a virgin even though he's did some other things outside of sex from penetration. He's more outgoing about it, I'm more conservative about it even though he knows I have a..well sexual side. But just idk we are really comfortable around each other. I can get out the shower in a towel and he'll be cool with it and he takes his shirt off in front of me (which by the way he doesn't do in front of almost anyone). We both have had our hard times and barely trust people, yet we trust each other with anything. He protects me around people. I just don't know. So I just want to know what it all means?Should I step up to the plate? Should I ask him how he feels, and if so how should I go about it? Or should I just leave it alone since we are step cousins. I know it isn't incest or illegal, but is it right because we're not blood related? I'm confused. Help please from both genders. I want to know from each side of the universe? =)
