 i think only you can know if your ready to leave him or not. are you trying to rekindle a flame that went out long ago? trying to hold onto something that has died? thats what is sounds like to me. i think maybe your love for him has died and its time to move on with your life.
that kind of thing happens you think your in love and then a couple weeks later you find your self going through the formalities just because you think you should.
it could be you just need some time and space fromeachother though? maybe its gotten to a point when you just want some space.
im sure hes realised that you dont feel the way you once dis and it would be easier on both of you if you took a break and sorted out what you want out of your relationship.
