 I can guarantee you that it won't be nearly as 'great' as you think it would be. Not only that, but a meaningless one night stand won't teach you anything like real sex and how to please a woman. If you want to learn about sex and how to be a good lover, you need a partner who will care about you enough to teach you, not just have sex with you once when she doesn't even know you.
If you do go through with it, just imagine her getting pregnant. Are you ready to have a baby with a girl you don't know or know anything about?

You hardly know her so she could be riddles with STDs for all you know and then later on in life when you have kids of your own and you have "the talk" with them you can tell them i dosn't matter who you loose it to cos you lost it to just anyone. Heck - you can even tell them you don't even need to know the girl! Why not just get a prostitute. You seem like an intelligent young man, so I'm sure you already know all this.

 Please dont' loose your virginity to a girl you don't konow well. If you like her, date her, and have sex after a month or two. That's the best way to get experience when you are a virgin. At least you are contemplating the options and not just going for it, like a lot of guys seem to. Chances are if she's young, she won't be experienced and would't appreciate loosing her virginity at a party like that.
