Note: his been liking me for the past 2 years he has not dated any other girl cuz he says he loves me and he only cares about him.... You are still young yet if yous are good friends and give it a try, If it doesnt work out thats when its the hardest,
I would spend time with him ask him what he really feels for you by the sounds of things your not ready yet most likely beause your still young and from what niki said it sounds like hes trying to rush things with you

 in a situation like this you have to remember that all guys are not the same. This guy sounds great. I would say give him a chance.as for proposing thats a little rushed good lick!!
