Hey! Should I give my shy crush a valentine's card? Im almost certain he knows I like him, as other agree it's been made obvious- but he also knows I'm shy..

BTW I don't know this guy as a friend yet, although he does always make shy conversation, and he doesn't with anyone else...

I'm also quite convinced he likes me too, he's very nervous, fidgety, we just smile at each other all the time and I always spot him watching me...

Thing is... I made it really obvious yesterday- so the ball is in his court right? I think he knows how I feel, so would me sending him a valetines seem a bit desperate and too eager!? :/

Or will he think I'm mean if I don't give abythinb?

Appreciate any advice! Thanks ??

Honeypie agony auntThere is nothing embarrassing about giving a Valentine's, even if he doesn't feel the same way, at LEAST you did something sweet for another person.

You will never know, if you don't try.

aunt honesty agony auntHomemade is far better. It means you put some effort in to it, instead of just buying a card. Good for you.

Honeypie agony auntI think homemade cards are awesome. And making it a funny one is always good, beats a "sappy" run of the mill one any day. It shows thought and effort.

Thanks for your replies!

I had a look in the shop and couldnt find anything i liked- so I'm making him a joke one- it doesn't look too shabby, I'm quite good at art!

Is that too much? Its just a pic printed on a card I made look nice!

Thanks :)

Honeypie agony auntWhy not? I think it's the perfect opportunity to show/tell him that you are interested.

You might have hinted till you are blue in the face, doesn't mean he understood your hints or that he thinks you are being serious.

You can sign it, or you can leave a hint. I would just go for a card that isn't too sappy (as you don't know him that well).

aunt honesty agony auntGo for it, why not? You have nothing to lose? He might no have done anything yet because he is shy, you are shy as well so it is a combination for a disaster if nobody makes a move. It doesn't always need to be the guy that makes a move. Good luck.
