writes: hi my boyfriend of 5 years had just told me last night that he has been seeing someone else at work. he said that they did not have sex but they have kissed touched etc. he is feeling really bad about it and is ready to do anything to make up for his mistake. I know he's sincerely regrettin what he's done. what shall I do? not sure if I can trust him not do it again, but I really love him.
