Hi,
I am going to have to agree with you. The facts are....he is busy, he meets friends, he plays video games. Therefore, where do you come in? The "busy" situation worries me a little, is this business? work etc? If he is just saying "I'm busy at the moment" and still makes time for other things, then you have a right to know why you are not getting any attention. Perhaps ask him in a gentle way and see what he says.
